Order Cancellation
You can cancel orders any time prior to shipment. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.
1. The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from the ‘My Orders’ section by using the order tracking number, or by calling our customer care number, or any other method.
2. On the order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 48-72 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
*Replacement*
1. At every step of the replacement process, we shall keep you updated through emails and/or SMS. However, if you have any queries before, during or after the replacement is completed, feel free to contact us.
2. No refund or replacement will be made if the claim is raised after 7 days of delivery.
3. Replacement will be provided if the product is in a damaged condition (Customer has to provide photos as valid proof)
